Welcome to Advent Auto Styling & Detailing (“Advent Auto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking a service, or visiting our facility, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our services.

1. Services

Advent Auto Styling & Detailing provides professional automotive services including but not limited to:

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Vinyl Wraps

  • Ceramic Coatings

  • Auto Detailing

  • Window Tint

  • Wheels, Tires, and Customization

  • Commercial Fleet Graphics

All services are performed at our facility located at:
19 Calder Ave, Utica, NY 13502

2. Appointments & Deposits

Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

Failure to arrive on time, cancellation without notice, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Vehicle Condition

By bringing your vehicle to Advent Auto, you confirm:

  • The vehicle is safe to operate

  • There are no undisclosed mechanical or electrical issues

  • Any pre-existing damage has been disclosed

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing paint failure

  • Rust

  • Body filler

  • Aftermarket parts

  • Electrical or mechanical failures

4. Paint, Wrap & Film Disclaimer

Paint Protection Film, vinyl wraps, and ceramic coatings are applied to the existing surface of your vehicle. We are not responsible for paint defects, peeling, fading, clear coat failure, or damage caused by removal of film or wrap from a previously repainted or damaged surface.

By authorizing installation, you accept these risks.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept approved forms of payment only. Vehicles may not be released until payment has been made in full.

6. Warranty & Maintenance

Some services may include manufacturer warranties. These warranties are subject to proper maintenance and care.

Failure to follow recommended care instructions may void any warranty coverage.

7. Liability Limitation

Advent Auto Styling & Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Personal property left inside the vehicle

  • Electronic or mechanical failures

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

8. Website Use

All website content, logos, images, and branding are the property of Advent Auto Styling & Detailing and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
